That seasonal theme of warmth and good cheer is undoubtedly apart of the cooling winter months. We want to make sure those parts of the year we love most are extended onto our four-legged guests as well. Our philosophy of maintaining a home-style boarding environment naturally promotes that familial comfort absent in traditional kennels.

Many dog-boarding facilities emphasize being able to hold as many dogs as possible, sacrificing the quality of the experience for the animal. As a result, dogs can be stressed by the lack of comfort (small pens, scarce padding in their beds, ect.) and the over-stimulation of many other animals in the same space. On the other hand, reducing the amount of pets under our care eliminates all of these problems.

Limiting the number to six guests per night allows us to offer our home to your family pets, invest in cozy beds and be able to closely chaperone each pup for individualized love and attention. During the day, it’s our preference to allow each animal a chance to run in the scenic open spaces Pacifica provides and not keep them penned up in a crate or pen, giving the exercise and mental stimulation your pet needs to keep them happy and stress-free. In essence, they are treated as our own family members!

Let’s not forget cats and other animals that prefer to stay at home! We are also offering pet overnights and visits throughout the day to keep your pets well fed, occupied and happy.

Whether you are traveling out of town to visit family for Thanksgiving or going on a trip during winter break, bring your pet to our home for the holidays where they can celebrate the festivities with their fellow pawed pals. It’s our focus to gift your cherished companion with fun and exciting activities as well as provide you with peace of mind as you go off to your own holiday adventure!
